Terms of Service

1. Service description

ValuFai provides evidence-aware, range-based indicative estimates of digital portfolio and operating capability value. All results are estimates, not formal appraisals.

2. Permitted use

You may use ValuFai to estimate the indicative value of portfolios you own or are otherwise authorized to analyze. Use must comply with all applicable laws.

3. User-provided information

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit. You must not submit information you are not authorized to provide, including non-public data belonging to others.

4. Ownership of submitted material

You retain ownership of the portfolio information you submit. By submitting it, you grant ValuFai a license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to grant this.

5. Prohibited abuse

You must not: attempt to circumvent authentication or rate limits; probe, scrape, or overload the service; submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; or attempt to manipulate, game, or misrepresent the valuation process.

6. Service availability

ValuFai is provided "as is" and "as available". We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, change features, or stop the service without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. No professional advisory relationship

Using ValuFai does not create a professional, fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, or agency relationship. ValuFai is not acting as your appraiser, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal counsel.

8. Limitation of reliance and liability

Results are estimates with inherent uncertainty. You must not rely on them as the sole basis for a transaction, investment, financing, or any material decision without independent professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValuFai is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its results.

9. Intellectual property

The ValuFai software, methodology, content, and branding are the property of ValuFai and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service, not ownership of it.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access for violation of these terms, abuse, or at our discretion. Sections that by nature survive termination (ownership, liability, reliance, intellectual property, governing terms) continue to apply.
