About ValuFai
An evidence-aware valuation platform for the digital economy
What ValuFai is
ValuFai is an evidence-aware digital portfolio and operating capability valuation platform. It estimates the indicative value of websites, applications, software, SaaS, domains, IP, businesses, and the teams and relationships that make a portfolio worth more — or less — than the sum of its parts.
Why it exists
Modern founders can create digital businesses faster than existing financial infrastructure can describe and value them. A solo builder can own ten assets, two platforms, and a team by Thursday afternoon. Conventional valuation assumes a business can be described by an earnings figure and a tax return; digital portfolios rarely fit that description, and the mismatch produces valuations that are either crude or invented. ValuFai exists to close that gap: a structured, evidence-based way to value what people have actually built.
What it measures
- Websites, apps, SaaS, domains, software, and IP.
- Businesses and their economics.
- Operating capability and team continuity — valued as capability and contractual continuity, not ownership of people.
- The relationships between assets: shared audiences, shared dependencies, concentration, and synergy.
What makes it different
ValuFai does not ask a language model to invent a company value. AI assists with analysis, questioning, classification, and explanation — the unstructured work. The valuation engine itself is deterministic and methodology-versioned: the same inputs and version produce the same numbers, and every material conclusion exposes its inputs, evidence, assumptions, and uncertainty.
Every fact carries an evidence state — verified, owner-supplied, public, inferred, or unknown — and confidence is bounded by that evidence. ValuFai prefers an honest range to a confident fiction.
Relationship to BonAcqui
ValuFai is a BonAcqui LLC affiliated property with an independently governed valuation process. BonAcqui may separately review digital businesses or portfolios for potential investment or acquisition; any such interest is separate from ValuFai’s valuation process and does not alter a completed ValuFai valuation. A ValuFai valuation is not an acquisition bid and does not create an expectation of an offer or of liquidity.
ValuFai’s product is the valuation itself — produced the same way for every portfolio, regardless of affiliation.
