Disclosures
What ValuFai estimates — and what it does not
ValuFai provides indicative estimates of the value of a digital portfolio and its operating capability. The following disclosures apply to all results and content on this site:
- Results are indicative estimates, not formal appraisals.
- Results are not investment advice, lending advice, or securities advice.
- Results are not a guarantee of any sale price.
- Market information used in valuations may change; figures are time-sensitive.
- Owner-supplied and public-source information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date; users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.
- AI-assisted analysis is used for classification, interviewing, and narrative only and cannot alter numerical results.
- Valuation involves inherent uncertainty; ranges are not promises.
- ValuFai is not acting as an appraiser, broker, adviser, or fiduciary by producing an estimate.
BonAcqui affiliation
ValuFai is a BonAcqui LLC affiliated property. BonAcqui may separately review digital businesses or portfolios for potential investment or acquisition. Any such interest is separate from ValuFai’s valuation process and does not alter a completed ValuFai valuation.
A ValuFai valuation is not an acquisition bid, does not indicate any party’s willingness to pay, and does not create an expectation that an offer will be made or that liquidity will be provided. ValuFai results are produced by an independently governed, deterministic process and are not influenced by any affiliation.
The valuation firewall
The valuation engine applies the same methodology to every portfolio regardless of any relationship ValuFai or its affiliates may have with the assets or owners being valued. The affiliation described above does not change how a valuation is produced and is disclosed so that users can make their own assessment.
